Angela Casolari APN, FNP-C
Family Nurse Practitioner
I was born and raised in Clay County and have been a nurse for 10 years, but I started my healthcare career 28 years ago as a Respiratory Therapist. I have a strong background in ICU and ER with a broad knowledge base relating to respiratory and cardiac disorders, but I enjoy treating patients of all ages. I truly enjoy the patient teaching aspect of nursing which allows me to provide patients with additional health related information.

Family Nurse Practitioner
My roots start in Clay County. I had a passion for health and wellness and decided on nursing as a career path. I graduated at the top of my class when obtaining my BSN and Summa Cum Laude with my MSN. As a registered nurse, I worked in Obstetrics and Pediatrics. Once graduating with my Family Nurse Practitioner degree, I started working in Family Practice and have remained in that specialty. I enjoy seeing patients of all ages, both males and females. My passion, however, is hormone optimization and sexual dysfunction treatments.
I look forward to continuing to serve the people of Clay County and surrounding area.

Family Nurse Practitioner
I was born and raised in Clay County and have been a nurse for 19 years now. I have a strong critical care background working across the United States in ER, ICU and flight nurse. My strong desire to become a provider stemmed from seeing very ill patients and wanting to make a change on the front lines, family medicine! I recently started my certificate in functional medicine. This is the medical practice or treatments that focus on optimal functioning of the body and its organs usually using alternative medicine. God put me on this earth to take care of his people!

I was born in Flora and have lived in Clay County most of my life. I have been a registered nurse for over 15 years and have been fortunate to spend my entire career caring for those in this community. I have vast experience in caring for patients of all ages including those with disabilities. Most of my experience is in the critical care setting as well as clinical education. My experience led me to pursue a career in family medicine. My background as a Clinical Educator has developed my love for teaching. I believe that people should be provided with the knowledge and tools to promote and enhance health and wellness for themselves and their loved ones. I am so excited to be a part of the team at Trinity Health and Wellness and look forward to serving Clay County and the surrounding areas for many years to come.
